In what turned out to be a star-studded memorial service with the likes of Mariah Carey, Kobe Bryant, Magic Johnson, Lionel Richie, Queen Latifah, Brooke Shields and others all remembering Michael Jackson, it was John Mayer and Usher’s heartfelt tribute to The King of Pop that stole the show.

John Mayer’s guitar rendition of Jackson’s Human Nature and Usher’s emotionally stirring Gone Too Soon from the Dangerous album were the highlights of a memorable and moving afternoon at the Staples Center in Los Angeles Tuesday.
