This is off of Blame One’s upcoming album Days Chasing Days and it is featuring our boys Blu & Exile. It is produced by GODlee Barners, who has been given production credit on other recent Blu tracks. We found out that GODlee Barners is actually Blu. Apparently Blu & Exile are trying to switch up roles a bit here and there. Exile is jumping on the Mic more and Blu is sharpening is production skills.

This was dropped Via Blu’s myspace page on February 14. I am not sure how we missed it. Perhaps we were all busy being caked up, or maybe we are just slipping lately. Either way it is some wack shit and we are sorry. We will try to step our game up in the coming weeks.
So if you missed this on the 100 other hip-hop blogs that beat us to it, you heard it here first: Download the new Blu mixtape: HerFavoriteColo(u)r. It, like everything else Blu releases, is dope. It is consistent quality rhyming over mellow beats. Some of the tracks have been leaked before, but it is good to have them all in one cohesive mix to loop in your ride. Enjoy.

This was a big left coast weekend for two HAAP faves. Blu & Exile shared a stage with Wale and UNI on Thursday night at the Key Club in LA, and then again Saturday night in SF. We brought you all the info well in advance, so if you wanted to be there and you weren’t, then you simply tricked it. The artists that are currently keeping hope alive in the HAAP hearts for real hip hop dominated the coast that we love the most. Partake in some of the action:
This one’s from back in June, but we have this jam back in our rotation (once again) . . . actually, we don’t think it ever left the rotation. One of the dopest creations from producer Exile . . . who doesn’t get enough credit for his work. There is no greater love ya’ll.
